What can a party at Stomping Grounds look like?

With 2 dedicated tack strips for hanging decorations and a party attendant to help you with set up, you can decorate a little or a lot! We recommend that you open your decorations and pre-string any banners, fluff up any tissue balls, and do as much prep as possible, because your 30-minute setup time goes fast! 

Event  Extras

To make your party planning more cohesive, we've partnered with local businesses to provide party essentials. Here's who we recommend;

Miss Anna, Face Painter - $75 for 1 hour

The Sprite Shop Playdough Kit Party Favors - Minimum quantity of 5 at $7.50/ each

Little Dreamers Sleepovers - Back drop with balloons or a balloon arch starting at $160

Leah T's Sweets & Treats - Custom cakes and desserts. $50 non-refundable retainer paid upon party booking to secure your date. Retainer will go towards total cost of dessert. 

Add one extra hour to select party time slots - $75 

Terms & Conditions

  • $300 Private Event Rental includes

    • Up to 40 guests (children and adults)

    • Private use of the entire facility for a 2-hour event

    • Use of the Cafe’s freezer 

    • Custom event signage on our TV

    • Use of our bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi 

    • On-site Grounds Crew staff member to assist you as needed

  • Payee is responsible and liable for all persons present in the facility during the event 

  • A full $300 is required to reserve your Private Event Rental date and time

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of payment will be refunded the full $300

  • Events may be rescheduled only once 

  • Outside and/or homemade food and beverages are permitted but must remain in the Cafe area

  • All outside food and beverage MUST be nut-free

  • One electric slow cooker is allowed, but no other grills or electric appliances are permitted

  • The play space is a socks-only area; please let your guests know in advance

  • You will be allotted 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the 2-hour rental period for party setup and tear down/clean up 

  • Decorations may only be attached to countertops, tables, chairs, and the cork tack strips on the walls in the Cafe area (nothing directly on the walls or the ceilings)

  • Alcohol, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted, balloons must stay out of the playspace.
