Stomping Grounds Play Cafe offers Private Event rentals for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Family Reunions and Group Gatherings!
You will have private use of our entire Cafe & Play Space for your Event. We can comfortably host up to 50 total people. Private Events include a dedicated Party Attendant who will act as your Barista and ensure your Event runs smoothly!
Private Event Packages
PURE PLAY — $200 Just the play. You bring the party. Perfect for a small budget! Up to 20 children 2-hour private use of Stomping Grounds Play Cafe No additional setup or cleanup time included Tables and chairs Use of refrigerator & freezer Bluetooth speaker & WiFi Custom theme signage displayed on Cafe TV Bring your own plates, cups, utensils & napkins Bring your own food, drinks & dessert (must be nut-free) Party Attendant will act as your Barista during the event if you or your guests would like to purchase drinks or snacks Party Attendant will clean the Play Space You are responsible for setup and cleanup in the Cafe area (cleaning supplies provided) One complimentary Play Session for the birthday child
PARTY READY — $400 We set up together. You celebrate. Our most popular option! Everything included in the Pure Play Package, PLUS: Additional 30 minutes before the event start time for setup/arrival Additional 30 minutes after the event end time for cleanup/departure Tables will be covered with your choice of black or white tablecloths Neutral-colored plates, cups, napkins & utensils provided Cooler cart filled with ice included Bring your own food, drinks & dessert (must be nut-free) Choice of black or white decor wall fringe backdrop Bring your own decorations to put over the backdrop Party Attendant will assist you in setting up your food and decor Party Attendant will clean up the Play Space & Cafe
COMPLETE PARTY — $600 We handle everything. You make the memories. All you have to do is show up! Everything included in the Pure Play & Party Ready Packages, PLUS: Eco-friendly white balloon garland with choice of accent colors Personalized hand-painted birthday banner by local artist Lettered with Love by KT Four 14” pizzas (1-topping) from local favorite Paradise Pizza 20 cake pops in display stand 20 juice boxes chilled in our cooler cart 20 party favors by local maker GR 3D Prints Party Attendant will provide full setup and cleanup of the above listed items
Private Event Add-Ons
Extra Hour of Time — $100 Need extra time to set up, clean up, or celebrate? Add one extra hour to any Private Event. PURE PLAY: Adding the extra hour gives you 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your 2-hour event for setup and cleanup. This gives you 3 hours total. Morning Private Event + extra hour: 10am–12pm event, with access from 9:30am–12:30pm Afternoon Private Event + extra hour: 2pm–4pm event, with access from 1:30pm–4:30pm Evening Private Event + extra hour: 5pm–7pm event, with access from 4:30pm–7:30pm PARTY READY & COMPLETE PARTY: Adding the extra hour extends your event to a 3-hour event, in addition to your included 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for setup/arrival and cleanup/departure. This gives you 4 hours total. Morning Private Event + extra hour: 9am–12pm event, with access from 8:30am–12:30pm Afternoon Private Event + extra hour: 1pm–4pm event, with access from 12:30pm–4:30pm Evening Private Event + extra hour: 5pm–8pm event, with access from 4:30pm–8:30pm To maximize the number of Private Events we can accommodate each day, additional time is available only in the time blocks listed above. We are unable to accommodate any other start or end times.
Balloon Garland Rental — $75 Eco-friendly balloon garland with white base and your choice of accent colors - includes your choice of black or white decor wall backdrop!
Custom Party Favor Package — $80 20 custom 3D-printed party favors designed to match your party theme created by local maker GR 3D Prints OR 20 custom Play & Dough sensory kits to match your theme created by Miss Amanda
Cooler Rental — $10 Rolling beverage cooler with lid and ice. Bring your own drinks! The cooler will be chilled and ready for your Event.
Cake Pop Package — $50 20 individually packaged cake pops to enjoy at the party or take home for later! Additional cake pops: $3 each
Specialty Drink Package — $100 20 Barista-made specialty drinks including coffee, tea, energy drinks, dirty sodas, and hot or iced espresso, chai, or matcha lattes made to order with choice of regular or oat milk.
Full Cooler Package — $50 20 - 12oz canned pop (choice of Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper & Sprite), 20 assorted juice boxes & 20 bottles of water. A total of 60 drinks all chilled in our rolling cooler cart with ice.

Payee is responsible and liable for all persons present in the facility during the Event

The full Event price is required to reserve your date and time

Cancellations made within 7 days of payment will be refunded the full Event price, less a 5% credit card transaction fee

Events may be rescheduled only once

Outside and/or homemade food and beverages are permitted, but must remain in the Cafe area

All outside food and beverage MUST be nut-free

Two electric slow cookers are allowed, but no other grills or cooking appliances are permitted

Our gated play space is a socks-only area for everyone (please let your guests know in advance)

Decorations may only be attached to countertops, tables, chairs, and the 8ft x 6ft decor wall in the Cafe area (nothing directly on the walls or the ceilings)

Alcohol, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted (pull-string piñatas are acceptable)
