Stomping Grounds Play Cafe offers Private Event rentals for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Family Reunions and Group Gatherings!
You will have private use of our entire Cafe & Play Space for your Event. We can comfortably host up to 50 total people. Private Events include a dedicated Party Attendant/Barista to help you with set up, clean up and ensure your Event runs smoothly!
To complete your Event, we have a recommended Baker and Decorator as well as add-ons like themed play dough kit party favors and a Face Painter!

Weekday Private Events (Mon - Thurs)
2-hour Event - $225
3-hour Event - $300
Weekend Private Events (Fri - Sun)
2-hour Event - $300
3-hour Event - $375
Price includes:
Up to 50 guests (adults & children)
Private use of the Cafe & Play Space for a 2 or 3 hour Event
30 minutes before Event start time to set up
30 minutes after Event end time to tear down
Use of the Cafe’s fridge & freezer
Custom Event signage on our TV
Use of our Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi
On-site Party Attendant/Barista
Our recommended Baker is Leah T's Sweets & Treats
Our recommended Decorator is Little Dreamers Sleepovers

Playdough Kits
Sensory playdough kits are a great party favor, or you can build them together as a group
$8 each (minimum of 5 kits)
Custom Event Banner

$50 for 2'x4' Banner
$60 for 3'x4' Banner
Face Painting
Face painting is the perfect way to fully immerse the party into the theme and embrace the fun of make-believe
$75 per hour
Private Event Terms & Conditions

Payee is responsible and liable for all persons present in the facility during the Event

The full Event price is required to reserve your date and time

Cancellations made within 7 days of payment will be refunded the full Event price

Events may be rescheduled only once

Outside and/or homemade food and beverages are permitted, but must remain in the Cafe area

All outside food and beverage MUST be nut-free

One electric slow cooker is allowed, but no other grills or electric appliances are permitted

Our gated play space is a socks-only area for everyone (please let your guests know in advance)

Decorations may only be attached to countertops, tables, chairs, and the cork tack strips on the 2 walls in the Cafe area (nothing directly on the walls or the ceilings)

Alcohol, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted (pull-string piñatas are acceptable)
