Stomping Grounds Play Cafe offers Private Event rentals for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Family Reunions and Group Gatherings!
You will have private use of our entire Cafe & Play Space for your Event. We can comfortably host up to 50 total people. Private Events include a dedicated Party Attendant/Barista to help you with set up, clean up and ensure your Event runs smoothly!
To complete your Event we have a recommended Baker, Face Painter, customizable party favors as well as sustainable, customizable decor to match your theme and color scheme.

Weekday Private Events (Mon - Thurs)
2 hour Event - $225
3 hour Event - $300​

Payee is responsible and liable for all persons present in the facility during the Event

The full Event price is required to reserve your date and time

Cancellations made within 7 days of payment will be refunded the full Event price

Events may be rescheduled only once

Outside and/or homemade food and beverages are permitted, but must remain in the Cafe area

All outside food and beverage MUST be nut-free

One electric slow cooker is allowed, but no other grills or cooking appliances are permitted

Our gated play space is a socks-only area for everyone (please let your guests know in advance)

Decorations may only be attached to countertops, tables, chairs, and the 8ft x 6ft decor wall in the Cafe area (nothing directly on the walls or the ceilings)

Alcohol, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted (pull-string piñatas are acceptable)
