Service Description

A gentle and fun introduction to yoga and mindful moments! Kiddos of all ages, from babies to preschoolers, will enjoy this program created to serve as the foundation of healthy and necessary social and emotional life skills. These classes consist of movement, music, yoga, games, mindfulness practice, and breath work, all with age appropriate expectations. Class is included in the 2 hour Play Session: 11:30am to 12:30pm - Play 12:30pm to 1:15pm - Play & Pose with Full Bloom 1:15 to 1:30pm - Play some more!
