Custom Private Event

Service Description

A private rental of our facilities for 3 hours, with 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for decorating and clean up. $375 Extended Private Event Rental includes: ○ Up to 40 guests (children and adults) ○ Private use of the entire facility for a 2-hour event ○ Use of the Cafe’s freezer ○ Custom event signage on our TV ○ Use of our bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi ○ On-site Grounds Crew staff member to assist you as needed ● Payee is responsible and liable for all of persons present in the facility during the event ● Full $375 is required to reserve your Private Event Rental date and time ● Cancellations made within 7 days of payment will be refunded the full $375 ● Events may be rescheduled only once ● Outside and/or homemade food and beverages are permitted, but must remain in the Cafe area ● All outside food and beverage MUST be nut-free ● One electric slow cooker is allowed, but no other grills or electric appliances are permitted ● The Play Space is a socks-only area; please let your guests know in advance ● You will be allotted 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the 2-hour rental period for party setup and tear down/clean up ● Decorations may only be attached to countertops, tables, chairs, and the cork tack strips on the 2 walls in the Cafe area (nothing directly on the walls or the ceilings) ● Alcohol, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted
